Healthy Quinoa Salad



At first I didn't really understand the quinoa hype but now I love the stuff! 
This weeks post is a healthy salad/lunch idea that's quick and easy yet tastes delicious! 

All you need is quinoa, any thing else you want to add and a dressing of some sort. 
Pictured below is what I included in my salad yesterday: 
Quinoa and Bulgur Wheat mix
Spring Onions
Pine Nuts
Sultanas 
Sliced Chicken
'Pizza Express' Light House Dressing (I know it's not the healthiest but it's so good!)

And there are only four simple steps to follow-
Cook the quinoa (I've later found out that it's one cup quinoa to two cups water)
Prepare the other ingredients
Mix everything together
Enjoy!
