One thing I love about Louise from SprinkleOfGlitter is her ability to inspire. If it wasn't for her then I wouldn't have heard of this campaign and I wouldn't was thought of this blog post idea.
Despite the multiple videos and blog posts about "How to be a better you" or ones written about how to improve, as a teenager it's really difficult to be positive all the time, especially when it come to ourselves. Self-shaming can become a real problem and knock you back in multiply situations, we're not embracing the qualities we have like we should be & not using them to our advantage in life but instead letting them limit our potential.
"Venus invites you and women everywhere to take a stand against one-dimensional labels."
So to celebrate what Venus is promoting I have created the 'Use Your &' tag.
It's simple and I encourage, not only those who tag you, but anyone reading this to join in!
Follow these five steps and have fun! 1. Grab the "Use Your &" logo from the top of the post and share a list of your qualities titled; "I am..."
2. If you get stuck or can't think of anymore; ask your friends and family around you to describe you using three words and see what they say
3. Thank the blogger who tagged you and include link to Venus' video above 4. Tag as many people as you one and encourage them to use their &!
